ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.337 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report was also filed on 25.08.2021 before the Juvenile Justice Board, Theni, but it has not been taken on file so far. 3.Since the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed, the petitioners have to workout their remedy appropriately through appropriate proceedings and the quashment of Crime No.337 of 2021 has now become infructuous. Since the final report has been filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Theni, it is kept pending without any progress.
