For Petitioner :Mr.R.Murugappan For R1 to R3 :Mr.S.S.Madhavan Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.5 of 2023 from the file of the respondent No.3 police to the file of respondent No.2. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2023 has already been completed and Referred Charge Sheet was filed before the police and the notice of which was also sent to the petitioner/defacto complainant on 18.05.2023.

3.It is seen that nearly 3 months after receiving the notice of Referred Charge Sheet, the petitioner has filed this petition for change of investigation by suppressing the facts. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. 2/4

4.Permission is granted. This Petition is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
