O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and for the enjoyment of his properties, by considering the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.10.2018 and 07.11.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed as 'civil in nature'. He would further submit that already civil suit is pending between the petitioner and the third respondent and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief in the manner known to law.
