JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] We see no reason to interfere with the order of the writ Court since the issue is covered by various other decisions of this Court, particularly, the one made in W.P.(MD)No.6917 of 2017 dated 30.09.2021.

2. The fact that the respondent did not go to the foundation training in Bavani Sagar is admittedly due to the fact that she underwent a surgery, so the same cannot be put against her. The writ Court cannot be faulted for having directed the respondents to declare the probation of the petitioner with effect from the date of the completion of the departmental test or with effect from the date of completion of two years of service whichever is later.

3. Hence, we do not find any merit in the writ appeal. The writ appeal is therefore dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
