JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH , J.) Writ Petition was filed by the first respondent challenging an order of suspension in terms of Fundamental Rules of the State of Tamil Nadu. The writ petition was allowed on 04.11.2013, as against which the Executive Officer, Town Panchayat, Mamsapuram, Virudhunagar District has filed the present writ appeal.

2.Pending writ appeal, the writ petitioner infact has been reinstated and has also been permitted to retire with full benefits. Documents to that effect have been circulated by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. These include receipt, dated 21.06.2016 to the effect that the writ petitioner has received full benefits amounting to a sum of Rs.3,04,000/-.
