ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) & 20(b) (ii) (A) of NDPS Act and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice Act, in Crime No.471 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other persons were found in illegal possession of 600 grams of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners and the other accused have sold banned tobacco products to the children and the first accused had been caught red-handed. 5.Considering the facts and the circumstance of this case and the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
