JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This review application has been filed against the order passed by the Division Bench dated 30.04.2024 made in W.A.(MD).No.536 of 2024.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, Mr.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the appellants, on instructions, would submit that the orders passed by the Court has already been complied with and therefore, nothing survives further for adjudication even under the present review application.

3. In that view of the matter, the present review application is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, it is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.(MD)No.13237 of 2024 is closed.
