COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C) read with 20(b)(ii)(C), 25,29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.33 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matters were called on 01.08.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was posted today (10.08.2023) under the caption ' for dismissal'. Even today when the matter was called, the learned representing counsel appeared and sought adjournment.

3. I find no reason to adjourn the matter and these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed for default.
