Prayer in C.R.P.(MD).No.SR45246 of 2016 : This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, to set aside the fair and decreetal order in E.P.No.7 of 2016 in O.S.No.118 of 2013 dated 29.07.2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudukkkottai by allowing the Civil Revision Petition.
