ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned maintenance proceedings in M.C.No.24 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur.
2.The petitioner is the husband. M.C.No.24 of 2017 has been filed by the respondents herein. The first respondent is the wife of the petitioner. The second respondent is the daughter. 3.The petitioner's counsel would point out that the first respondent had run away with somebody else and that she is living in adultery. Since this is a factual aspect, it has to be established only in a regular enquiry. This point cannot be gone into in quash proceedings. Therefore, leaving open the petitioner's rights, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
