ORDER

The petitioner with the strength of the deceree dated 13.12.2011 passed in OS.No.31 of 2011 by the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram has applied for change of patta on 20.02.2012, but so far it has not been considered by the respondents. Therefore, he has filed this writ petition.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner by referring the proceedings of the Tahsildar in Na.Ka.A4/2822/2021 dated 26.07.2021 submits that based on the application of the petitioner, the Tahsildar has issued notice on 26.07.2021, however, no order has been passed so far. 3.Perusal of the proceedings dated 26.07.2021 shows that enquiry has been contemplated in the year 2021 and he has approached the respondents with the strength of the decree obtained from the competent civil court, this writ petition is allowed with a direction to the respondents to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible 2/4

preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
