Respondent PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for all the records, pertaining to the impugned orders passed by the respondent, in Ka.No.Uu.Mi.Po.Pa./Mu.Ra.Puram/ A.No.98/19, dated 04.03.2019 and Ka.No.Uu.Mi.Po.Pa./Mu.Ra.Puram/ A.No.143/19, dated 04.05.2019 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, consequently, direct the respondent not to change the tariff of petitioner's service connection in S.C.No.209-003-320 into commercial tariff(TF-V) from industrial tariff (TF-IIIB) and assess the same under Industrial Tariff III-B.
