To relax the condition totally imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.9612 of 2026 dated 21.05.2026 by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9612 of 2026 dated 21.05.2026 that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 01.06.2026.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9612 of 2026 dated 21.05.2026, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 01-07-2026 Lm
