Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct survey and demarcation at the petitioner's land property namely Punja Land to an extent of 99 Cents comprised in Survey No.34/5A situated at Mugavanur North Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, based on the surey and demarcation charges remitted by the Petitioner vide Challan, dated 08.05.2025.

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the property situated in Survey No.34/5A at Mugavanur North Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his application, dated 08.05.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by him under a registered sale deed, 04.03.2025, and patta for the same was issued in his name in Pata No.4511. He submitted an application before the respondents on 08.05.2025, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the petitioner has not produced acknowledgement for having filed proper online application.
4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce acknowledgement for having submitted online application before the first respondent within a period
of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On production of acknowledgement, the first respondent shall consider the online application submitted by the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of eight weeks, after issuing notice to petitioner, neighbouring land owners, and other interested parties.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 18.07.2025 NCC :
