Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent in Na.Ka.No. 597/2020/P dated 17.06.2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to mutate the patta in respect of the petitioner's land in Survey No.166/2B, Tanakankulam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the 1st respondent transferring the Patta in favour of the 2nd respondent. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. 2/4

2. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the 1st respondent afresh. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
