Prayer in CRL OP(MD). No.22584 of 2018 :- This petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records in pursuant to the C.C.No.347/2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Madurai and quash the same. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. G. Jeremiah, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R. Meenakshi Sundaram, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the 1st respondent, this Court made the following order:

This Court while dismissing the Criminal Original Petition has directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order with certain other conditions. However, the petitioner did not comply with the said condition within the time prescribed by this Court. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been appearing before the concerned Magistrate Court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) did not dispute the said fact.

4. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.22584 of 2018 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
