ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 4 (b) and 5 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908, in Crime No.157 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 9 country bomb without any valid licence. Hence, the case was registered against the petitioner2. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
