However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case charge sheet has been filed and taken cognizance in C.C.No.98 of 2023 before the concerned trial Court. 2.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the parties to work out the possibility of settlement in the manner known to law.
