Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for records of order of the removal from the service in C.No. E.1/P.R.42/2012 dated 21.05.2013 from the file of the respondent to quash it and to reinstate the petitioner in service together with back wages, continuity in service with the attendance benefits.

W.A(MD)No.594 of 2014 this Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to go before Appellate Authority and he has also filed a memo to that effect. 2.In view of the above, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is open to the appellant to go before the Appellate Authority. The memo, dated 19.01.2021 is placed on record. No costs.
