(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, forbearing the fourth and fifth respondents from having weekly market in S.F.Nos.648/1 and 648/3 of Inam Kulathur Village, Srirengam Taluk, Trichy 2/5

District, which belongs to the 7th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2018.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the seventh respondent submitted that the seventh respondent temple authorities are in possession of the property in question and they are inclined to conduct auction for weekly market which they are officially entitled for.

The abovesaid submission made by the counsel for the seventh respondent is fairly conceded by the other counsels for the respective parties.
