To direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1 Usilampatti, Madurai District for disposing the E.P.No.1 of 2012 in O.S.No.11 of 2005 within the time stipulated by this Hon`ble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated of this court 02/11/2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate NO.1. Usilampatti in D.No.114/2022 dated 02/03/2022. and this court made the following order: This Court by order, dated 02.11.2021 directed the District Magistrate Cum Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti, Madurai District to dispose the EP.No.1 of 2012 in O.S.No. 11 of 2005 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the District Magistrate Cum Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti, Madurai District has submitted a letter that he received the order on 07.12.2021 and the 7 Execution Applications are pending and hence, the case cannot be disposed of within the stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
