Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.7438 of 2021 dated 30.07.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for the past three months without fail.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would admit the said fact and also submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case.
4.Considering the above facts that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and that the charge sheet has been filed, the conditions are fully relaxed.
