This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner without any basis under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondent

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) reports that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.288 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC and investigation is pending before first respondent police.
