ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent has given a complaint stating that this petitioner received a sum of Rs.6,50,000/- from her. On the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, harassment is made. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the compliant given by the third respondent, CSR No.322 of 2021 was assigned and both the parties were summoned. 4.Since it is seen that there is money dispute between the parties, the respondent police shall close the enquriy, by advising the parties to approach the concerned civil Forum for their remedy. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
