ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.07.2023 seeking to enter the service benefit under G.O(MS)No.234, School Education Department, dated 10.09.2009 in his service record book and to further direct the respondents for his retirement benefit, without any omission within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1, 2 & 4 to 6 submitted that the petitioner had already submitted a representation, dated 30.11.2022 with respect to the same matter and that was considered and already his claim has been rejected vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.570P/A2/2023, dated 31.05.2023 and recovery order has also been passed.
3.In view of the said observation, this Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs. 23.08.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes ps 3/5
