This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8681 of 2025 dated 13.06.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8681 of 2025 dated 13.06.2025 and enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail. He further submits that after receiving the order copy, it was found that the crime number in the above said anticipatory order was wrongly mentioned as Crime No.142/2025 instead of Crime No.141/2025. In order to rectify the above said error, this petitioner has filed an amendment petition before this Hon'ble Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8681 of 2025 dated 13.06.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to 2/4

extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
