: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the impugned detention order made in P.D.O.No.47/2019 dated 27.08.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to set the detenue namely Tmt.Chitra, W/o.Rethinam, aged about 50 years at liberty, who is confined at Central Prison (Special Prison for Women), Tiruchirappalli.

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA., J) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding dated 30.10.2019 in G.O.Rt.No.4348, Home, Prohibition and Excise(XIV) Department, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording his submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
