JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Having heard Mr.N.Tamilmani, learned Counsel for the appellant and Mr.S.Raja, learned Counsel for the respondent, we are not inclined to interfere in the order passed in W.P(MD)No.6148 of 2014 dated 29.04.2014.

2.The Writ Petitioner sought a Mandamus directing the Chairman of Institute of Banking and Personal Section/R1 to consider her representation and process her candidature for appointment as Probationary Officer in Banks.

3.The finding of fact standing in way of grant of her prayer, is that the community certificate tendered at the time of interview had expired a few months prior thereto. The Writ Petitioner states that she 2/4

had approached the Bank immediately after the interview with an updated and current certificate that was not taken into account in deciding her application.

4.The learned Single Judge has proceeded on the basis that her application, in order to have been considered, should have been full and complete and all requisite certificates should have been produced at the time of certificate verification. We agree, and as admittedly, this has not been done, we are not inclined to interfere with the order of the Writ Court.

5.The Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
