: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the impugned detention order made in P.D.O.No.45/2019 dated 27.08.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to set the detenue namely Thiru.Rethinam, S/o.Vaiyapurai, aged about 68 years at liberty, who is confined at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli.

Recording his submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
