JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.] This Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the interim stay granted by this Court in M.P(MD)No.1 of 2014 in W.P(MD)No.8356 of 2014, dated 21.5.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants would submit that the main Writ Petition itself was disposed of by this Court on 20.8.2019 and the Writ Petition was allowed.In view of the same, nothing remains to be adjudicated further in this Writ Appeal and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
