ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 3458 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.32 of 2020 on 17.03.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. As his avocation is affected, he prays to relax the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3458 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.32 of 2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of appeal.
