The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants submits that though the respondent/writ petitioner succeeded in the writ petition, challenging the action taken under Section 47(A) of the Indian Stamp Act for fixing the value of the property at Rs.175/- per sq.ft. Pending appeal, the respondent/writ petitioner has accepted the valuation and paid the stamp duty arising out of difference in value. Therefore, nothing survives in this appeal for further adjudication.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent/writ petitioner also confirmed the above said fact.
