ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 131 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P.No.13054 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
