ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 5430 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD). No. 75 of 2024 on 29.04.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders. The petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. As his avocation is affected, he prays to relax the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5430 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD) No.75 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of appeal. 5.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. sd/- 18/08/2025 / TRUE COPY / / /2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
