To prefer this Memorandum of Grounds against the Decree and Judgment made in O.S.No. 236/1997 dated 08.11.2000 on the file of Additional District Munsif court at Padmanabapuram as confirmed in A.S.NO. 56/2001 dated 12.01.2004 on the file of Subordinate Judge court at Padmamabapuram.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MR.PT.S.NARENDRAVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1810 days in filing the Restoration Petition in S.A.No. 1640/2004. The Sole appellant died long before. So far, no steps have been taken. The sole appellant is the petitioner herein. Therefore, this petition is dismissed as abated.
