Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.18268 of 2020, dated 11.12.2020, the petitioner has preferred the present Contempt Petition, to punish the contemnors.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a xerox copy of the order dated 03.11.2021, rejecting the request of the petitioner.
3. Since the petitioner has got an alternative remedy before the appellate authority, it is open to him to avail such remedy, in accordance with law. The respondents are expected to forward a copy of the order, rejecting the request of the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, either by speed post or registered post.
