Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an Interim Stay all further proceedings of the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent vide his proceeding in Na.Ka.T2/28342/2017, dated 06.04.2018.

WMP(MD) No.8071 of 2018 In a counter affidavit, which is filed by the second respondent, it is stated that one Pandiammal has appointed as Hostel Watcher on 10.04.2018 and the writ petitioner obtained interim stay on 19.04.2018. Further, the writ petitioner filed contempt petition in Cont.P.(MD)No.1133 of 2018 before this Court and the same was dismissed.

2.In view of the aforesaid facts, interim stay already granted by this Court is vacated and W.M.P.(MD)No.8071 of 2018 is dismissed and W.M.P.(MD)No.8071 of 2018 is allowed.

3.Post the main writ petition, on 23.09.2019, for final disposal.
