ORDER
This petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission for conducting Annathanam event, Facilities for COVID-19 Vaccination through the Medical Camp, providing COVID-19 awareness programme along with speakers on 30.10.2021 at about 8.00 am to 6.00 pm., by considering the representation dated on 20.10.2021.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based upon the representation made by this petitioner, a portion of the events have been permitted, by which, Annathanam is permitted. Similarly, to conduct the COVID-19 Vaccination through the Medical Camp by complying with the COVID-19 protocols, permission has been granted.

W.P.(MD) No.19463 of 2021 3.Since a portion of the events have been permitted, the petitioner has to comply with the conditions. Let the learned counsel for the petitioner get a copy of the permission letter that has been granted by the official respondent from the office of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side). 4.Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
5.This petition stands disposed of, accordingly. The petitioner has to comply with the conditions that has been imposed by the authorities. No costs.
