PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue suitable direction to the trial court for speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No. 86 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur to dispose of the case on day to day basis within stipulated time.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the trial in C.C.No. 86 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3.
