O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur, to dispose of the complaint in Cr.M.P.No.2990 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the third respondent did not take any action against the respondents 1 and 2. Therefore, he lodged a complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Tuticorin and it is also pending. During the pendency of the said complaint, the petitioner was constrained to file a private complaint in Cr.M.P.No.2990 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that the Judicial Magistrate returned Cr.M.P.No.2990 of 2019 with three corrections. All the corrections as pointed out by the learned Judicial Magistrate were corrected and represented before the concerned Court. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13406 of 2019 Judicial Magistrate to dispose the petition within a stipulated time.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to represent the complaint after correcting the corrections pointed out by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur forthwith and after representing the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of representation of the complaint.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
