ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the second respondent, dated 28.09.2021 thereby cancelled the permission to draw water through pipe line for the non-irrigation lands.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.It is seen that the said order has been passed in pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.8957, 8967 and 8973 of 2020.The main Writ Petition is still pending. 4.In view of the above, there is no infirmity or illegality in the 2/5
order passed by the second respondent. As such, the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. 5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
