ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w. Section 20(b)(ii) (B) 1/3

NDPS Act, in Cr.No.154 of 2024, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused were in illegal possession of 1.100 Kgs of ganja, by using bike.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the nature of allegation that the petitioner is involved in a case, where 1.100 Kgs of ganja was recovered and considering the argument of the learned Public Prosecutor that there are other materials, such as, CDR particulars, which shows the petitioner to be present at the place of occurrence and also to be in contact with the other accused and that the investigation is yet to be completed, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, for the present.
