This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents No.1 to 4 to give necessary Police Protection to the 1/3

life and limb of the Petitioner, his family members and his property comprised in Survey Nos.543/6,544/2,544/5,547/7,547/9,544/2B to an total extent of 18 Acres 58 cents, doing the agricultural cultivation work in his land situated at Sithalavai Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2019

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 28.08.2019 after issuing notice to the fifth respondent and pass orders on merits and inaccordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
