ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second and third respondents to conduct enquiry and dispose the proceedings in G5/E.7931135/2024 dated 15.07.2024/DCB-II/MD on the file of the second respondent within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by a third party, enquiry is pending, that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending, that the third respondent has sent summons, on receipt of the present complaint and seeks one month time for taking a decision. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry 2/4

and take a decision, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
