This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to conduct further investigation and direct the first respondent to monitor the second respondent investigation in connection with the crime No.99 of 2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.99 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC. Till today, the vehicle, which was involved in the accident could not be identified. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstance of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
