2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the order passed by this Court dated 01.03.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.4863 of 2024, has already been complied with by considering the representation made by the petitioner and passing a rejection order. Challenging the said rejection order, W.P.
