2. The relief sought for cannot be granted by the Writ Court, the petitioner seeks cancellation of a document that way back to the year 1982. The petitioner has to necessarily go to the civil Court to establish his rights.

3. Granting such liberty, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
