ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.3226 of 2023 dated 24.07.2023 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed anticipatory bail petition in Cr.M.P.No.3226 of 2023 before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai and the same was allowed on 24.07.2023, by directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.a.m until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the first petitioner is six month pregnant women and the second petitioner is the mother of the first petitioner. Hence, he filed this petition seeking modification.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, 2/4

Sivagangai, in Cr.M.P.No.3226 of 2023 dated 24.07.2023 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
