Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2.According to the petitioner, the respondent police have not taken action on his representation. I went through the contents of the petitioner's representation. It appears therefrom that the dispute is regarding administration of a temple. In this regard, the petitioner has also filed O.S.No.87 of 2021 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi. It is for the petitioner to obtain appropriate orders before the jurisdictional civil Court. The question of invoking Section 482 of CrPC does not arise at all.
Leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
