ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with the earlier orders dated 04.09.2025 and 18.09.2025, that read as follows: 04.09.2025:
"Mr.M.Vijaianand, learned counsel for the Registrar, Debt Recovery Tribunal - 1, Chennai / R3, and the Registrar, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore / R4 and the Registrar, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai / R5 would concede to the position that document Nos.21 to 41 are not available in their records.
2. To be noted, the documents of which return is sought feature at S.Nos.36 and 37 of the plaint documents, list of which is at page Nos.59 to 62 of compilation, dated 21.10.1992.
3. Mr.Vijaianand, accedes to the position that the above documents have been lost during transfer of files from one DRT to another. He would further confirm that they are in the process of issuing a non traceable certificate.
4. Hence, let a non-traceable certificate be issued, as a final opportunity, prior to the next date of hearing, which is fixed on 18.09.2025.
